Medicon Village is a life science research park in Lund, Sweden.It is located on the eastern outskirts of Lund University.. Medicon Village is involved in the Medicon Valley cross-border cooperation with Denmark. The park was created as a transformation of former Astra Zeneca buildings in 2010 and are now employing more than 1,200 people in over 100 organisations here.
Med nya huvudbyggnaden med namnet The spark börjar en ny era. Nu mer än 2200 personer som arbetar på Medicon Village. Medicon Village i Lund öppnar ny huvudbyggnad och spränger 2000-personers gränsen. ”The Spark” är namnet på det nya huset, placerat vid det lika nya Scheeletorget. Flera bolag är redan på plats i sexvåningsbygget, och flyttlassen duggar tätt de närmaste månaderna.
